We work by the ISO-19650 standard, the benchmark in digital information management throughout the lifecycle of a project. We use this standard as a practical basis for many of our projects.

Solibri certified trainers

Based is a certified training partner of Solibri. This puts us in an even better position to actively involve and train the market in the world of model quality and BIM coordination. The training courses are given the ‘Based way’ independently, and are aimed at long-term organizational change.

Applying Linked Data

Based is experienced in the application of linked data. Using this technology, you can structure data better and link it to other data. This ensures your data is easier to find and more reliable.

Building a digital twin

With various customers, we are building a digital twin of their buildings and/or assets. With this digital twin, they eventually have better insights in all the data and the various business processes.

BIM implemetation

Based helps you with advice, guidance and the implementation of information management within your organization. We do this hands-on and keep an eye on the project-transcending picture.

Creating business ontology (OTL)

Based helps organizations create a so-called Object Type Library (OTL), a type of digital dictionary that captures all relevant objects, properties of objects, and relationships between objects. In doing so, this data becomes meaningful and computer interpretable (in addition to computer-readable by the appropriate format).

Interactive trainings

Whether it's BIM awareness, a Solibri training or in-depth instruction on a strategic or tactical level, Based sets up every session interactively. This way, we ensure the training is tailored to the needs of your organization or team. And that all participants are continuously stimulated.

BIM management

For several clients, we manage the BIM management within a project to ensure the client is unburdened concerning building information management and everything is on the right track. We are right beside you and your employees.

At Based, we closely follow the latest developments in our field. We are active members of buildingSMART International and the BIM basic IDM management committee. We attend various training courses, visit seminars and do much more to stay up to date constantly.
