Based has been involved in BIM implementation within VolkerWessels BVGO since 2011. Starting at the organizational level within various VolkerWessels companies, Based now acts primarily at the regional and national level and within the holding company as a consultant in digital development, digital construction and digital management.
As a member of the BIM core team, Based collaborates on:
- The development of the corporate vision and strategy i.r.t. digitalization
- Continuous development of BIM applications for construction, real estate and development (R&D)
- Implementation of Building Information Management at subsidiaries
- Working on “Single Source of Truth” philosophy and CDE structure
- Development and implementation of BIM-related training plans
